In an effort to maintain a healthy Salon environment, I ask that if you are sick (which includes a mild cold to severe cold, stomach “bug”, fever, the flu, coughing, etc.) that you please contact me to reschedule your appointment. Here at AG Hair Designs the safety of my clients and myself is of utmost importance. That is why I ask you to be considerate and reschedule your appointment if you are sick. If you show up and I decide that your condition may be a health hazard for other customers, I reserve the right to refuse the service. Thank you for understanding!
Your appointments are very important to AG Hair Designs.
I hold your appointments just for you and ask that if you must cancel or reschedule any appointment, you please provide a 48 hours notice. This way I will be able to adjust my schedule accordingly and possibly accommodate clients on the waiting list. I do of course understand that unavoidable issues come up and will do my best to work with you in case of emergency.

or late cancellation will result in a 50% charge.
As a courtesy, I do call, text and/or email to confirm the date and time at least 48 hours prior to your appointment. Please understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times in order to avoid cancellation and missed appointment fees . You are always welcome to call and double check any appointment if you’re unsure.
If you do not show up for your appointment, a 50% fee of scheduled service is required to be paid prior to rebooking.
I understand that life happens. If for any reason, you believe you will be arriving late to your appointment, PLEASE text or call! I work hard to schedule the necessary amount of time needed for each service. Accommodating late arrivals is sometimes impossible without disrupting other clients scheduled that day. Please be aware that if you do arrive late, I cannot guarantee that your full service will be performed that day. I allow a 10 min grace period any later may result in a 50% late fee. In some cases, tardiness may require rescheduling your appointment for another day.
AG Hair Designs strives to create a relaxing and enjoyable atmosphere for all guests. Many clients are also parents and look forward to “their” time. I request children be brought into the salon only when they have an appointment. Please make babysitting arrangements in advance and enjoy your time without your little ones.
Your satisfaction is my highest priority. If you are not completely content please let me know during your treatment or within a week. I will gladly work with you to make any needed corrections, but due to the nature of the service, I do not offer refunds.
