Health & Wellness

To maintain a safe and healthy salon environment, I kindly ask that you reschedule your appointment if you are feeling unwell—this includes colds, flu, stomach bugs, fever, or persistent coughing. The well-being of both clients and myself is always the top priority at AG Hair Designs. If you arrive showing symptoms that may pose a health risk, I may need to decline providing your service. Thank you for your understanding and consideration.

Your appointment time is reserved especially for you. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice so I can adjust my schedule and offer the time to another client. Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in a 50% charge of the scheduled service. I understand that true emergencies happen, and I’ll do my best to accommodate you when possible.


As a courtesy, I send reminders by call, text, or email at least 48 hours in advance. Please remember, however, that it is ultimately your responsibility to keep track of your appointments to avoid late fees.

If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment, a 50% service fee will be required before booking your next appointment.

Life happens – I completely understand! If you think you’ll be late, please call or text as soon as possible. While I allow a 10-minute grace period, arrival beyond that may:

  • Result in a shortened service to stay on schedule
  • Require rescheduling, with a 50% late fee applied.

To ensure a relaxing environment for all guests, I kindly request that children only visit the salon if they have their own appointment. Please arrange childcare in advance so you can fully enjoy your self-care time.

Your satisfaction means the world to me. If you’re unhappy with your service, please let me know during your appointment or within 7 days, and I’ll happily make adjustments. Because of the nature of salon services, refunds are not offered.
